    Breath is the bridge between body, mind, and performance. It is immediate, practical, and somatic, forming the foundation of my approach.

    Since 2016, I have trained directly with Wim Hof and became Asia’s first certified instructor in the method. My training spans:

    I trained directly with Karl Dawson, one of the 29 EFT Founding Masters, and I continue to be amazed by how quickly and effectively this method works for both emotional and physical challenges.

    From performance anxiety and panic attacks to self-doubt, grief, or chronic stress, EFT clears the emotional “static” that blocks clarity, energy, and confidence. It is simple, safe, and highly effective.

    Matrix Reimprinting works on a deep subconscious level to transform limiting core beliefs and emotional trauma stored in the body. While EFT helps release emotional intensity, Matrix Reimprinting goes further, allowing you to identify the root cause and reprogram your system with empowering beliefs.

    I was trained in this method by its creator, Karl Dawson. It remains one of the most powerful tools in my practice, particularly for clients dealing with unresolved trauma, persistent emotional patterns, or early-life conditioning.

    Clients often describe it as gentle emotional surgery, deeply healing while remaining calm and safe.
