Breathe into Freedom: EFT and Breathwork workshop (Updated and Extended)

The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as Tapping, is a therapy that involves tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on a specific problem or issue. It was developed by Gary Craig in the 1990s and is based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and the belief that blocked or disrupted energy flow can lead to physical or emotional problems. EFT uses a sequence of 12 specific acupressure points that are believed to correspond to the body's energy meridians. Research has suggested that EFT may help stimulate the body's relaxation response, reduce stress, and promote healing. It is considered a safe and non-invasive complementary therapy.

Breathwork is a practice that involves intentionally altering one's breathing pattern to achieve various physical, mental, and emotional benefits. Some potential benefits of breathwork include reducing stress and anxiety, improving focus and concentration, increasing energy levels, promoting relaxation and better sleep, improving physical endurance and athletic performance, enhancing self-awareness and mindfulness, and promoting overall physical and emotional well-being.
