How we breathe directly affects our physical, mental and emotional states and by building awareness towards our breathing patterns we can consciously control them to bring about positive changes from the inside out. This workshop will focus on re-training and optimizing our respiratory system to a healthy and anatomically correct way so you can be at your very best.
After learning how to breath correctly in the first workshop, we can begin to apply practical and powerful breathing techniques that can be used in our daily life. In this workshop Brian will guide you through an immersive breathing experience and teach you multiple techniques that have been used by Wim Hof, Navy SEALs, Silicon Valley execs, elite athletes and many of the world’s top performers to perform at their very best.
After the two workshops, you will learn how to avoid common breathing mistakes, breathe optimally and how to use your breathing as a tool to enhance your life.
